Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold properties before you apply. - 
		    
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You will need to pay the first month’s rent along with a security deposit. - 
		    
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have established credit, and be employed. - 
		    
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is refundable as long as the property is left in rent-ready condition. - 
		    
Who needs a cosigner?
If your income doesn’t meet our requirements, you can apply with a co-signer to support your application. - 
		    
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Simply visit the Ackley website and follow the link to complete the rental application. - 
		    
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent online through our secure Tenant Portal or in person at our office using a check or money order. - 
		    
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
First, ensure the property is pet-friendly. Then, complete a pet application online to proceed. - 
		    
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Both tenants must sign a Release of Tenancy agreement. The remaining tenant must also provide proof that they can independently afford the rent. - 
		    
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You’ll need to provide written notice at least 60 days before your lease expires. - 
		    
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Tenants are responsible for repairs costing $200 or less. Any repairs exceeding $200 will be covered by the property owner.
