Tenant Criteria
Finding good, qualified tenants can be an arduous task. However, after years of successful experience, our property management company has it down to a science. Our management styles use a proven set of factors that have served us and, more importantly, our property owners. They are as follows:
- Tenants rental History (2 years)
- Employment History (2 years)
- Nationwide Criminal Check for Misdemeanors and Felonies
- Nationwide Sexual Predator Check
- Income Verification (2 ½ times the monthly rental amount)
- Credit History (Overall good, based on a national risk score)
In some instances when tenants don’t totally meet our property management standards, an additional deposit can be substituted if one of the above criteria is not met. Before prospective tenants are rejected, the property manager will contact the owner to make that final decision.

Conway is a census-designated place and an unincorporated area in Orange County, Florida, United States. The population was 13,467 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Settled in the 1850s, Conway was an important place in the early 1900s. One of the first five paved highways built in Orange County was the brick Conway Road from Orlando to Conway, running along what is now Briercliff Drive, Curry Ford Road, and Conway Road, ending at Anderson Road, the center of Conway.
